It is possible to submit an advert for the website only by selecting this option under 'Edition to be printed in' on the Advertising Form. However, please note that the cost remains the same.

Terms and Conditions

The advert must be submitted via the online form and the correct option selected under 'Edition to be printed in' on the form. - The advert will be placed each month as the same advert so will need to be generic - we cannot change a series advert from month to month. If you wish to discuss the options further please call 0121 200 8077.

Agencies: Please note that as we are a Registered Charity we do not offer agency commission.

Requirements

Display advertisements should be sent as finished artwork in pdf format and must be sized according to the above dimensions.  The BDA can arrange re-sizing and pdf service at a cost of £75.00 per advert.  Please call Billie on 0121 200 8080 to discuss your requirements if you require this service.

All advertisements should be sent using the online form.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are submitting a display advertisement, type "see attached pdf" in the description section of the online form. Additional text will not be included.

The accuracy of the information supplied is the responsibility of the advertiser and will be published as provided.  The BDA cannot be held responsible for incorrect information supplied by advertisers.

All orders and advertisements must be accompanied by an order number, insertion date, full invoicing details and a contact telephone number.

Deadlines for Receipt of Advertisements in 2010:

All advertisements must be submitted by noon on the deadline day.

Once checked, advertisements are loaded onto the web site within two working days and will then be published within the Career Choices section of the next available issue of Dietetics Today magazine.
